I first met James at Natacha and David’s wedding – he was the photographer on the day. You can see his fabulous wedding photography on his website here. Just over a year later, I had the honour of filming his very entertaining wedding to Julie at Quat Quatta. If you ever wondered how wedding professionals plan their day, here’s a great example – the focus was on making the day as relaxed and easy as possible, so they could spend most of the day enjoying the company of their guests (many of whom came from England for the celebrations). They didn’t even plan on doing a wedding dance, but their MC had other plans and sprung a surprise on them at the reception! He announced their bridal dance and then played the song they had their first ever dance to. I’m guessing this is the first time in history a bridal dance was done to this track!! I love the way Julie and James quickly get over their initial reaction (the looks on their faces at this point is hilarious) and start ‘busting’ a move.
Real people. Real moments. Real memories.
