Our first Sydney wedding, and what a pearler! After a few nervous moments with phones and spiders, Renae and Jared were married in the Botanic Gardens, in front of a dropback to die for. Jared traveled there in eye-catching style – Renae had organised a convoy of MR2s as a special tribute to the one Jared had to sell before they relocated to England in 2011.
Renae’s uncle Vince proudly escorted her down the aisle, and celebrant Danielle did a fabulous job of organising a beautiful ceremony (great attention to detail). Photos were taken by the husband-and-wife team of Adam and Kim Cavanagh, who enjoyed themselves almost as much as the bridal party I think!
For a while it seemed an enormous ship would block the view of the Opera House from Waterfront restaurant – but then it set sail, much to Renae’s excitement. And to top the evening off – fireworks unexpectedly lit up the night outside, a colourful and happy ending to a colourful and very happy day.
